All prices listed are per piece or set, and products are sold in designated bag or case packs. Orders must be placed in multiples of the specified pack size. If an order does not meet this requirement, OnlyGarden will automatically adjust the quantity to the nearest valid amount.
Payment Terms
We currently accept PayPal for all online purchases made through OnlyGarden.
Your payment will include the product total, shipping, and handling fees at the time your order is confirmed.
Shipping Methods
Bulk Orders:
Items will be shipped from China via sea or air freight, depending on your preference. Please contact OnlyGarden for cost estimates and shipping timelines.
Retail Orders:
If in stock, items will be delivered by domestic express services. Otherwise, they will be shipped via cross-border courier. For urgent orders, we recommend confirming availability with us before placing your order.
Return & Credit Policy
Defective or Incorrect Shipments:
OnlyGarden authorizes returns for items that are defective or sent in error. A return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product. All returned items must remain in their original packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Claims beyond the 15-day period will not be accepted.
Return Authorization Required:
Before sending back any merchandise, please contact us to obtain return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and OnlyGarden will not be held responsible for the return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom orders, including special designs or packaging.
Products damaged due to improper handling or storage.
Lost shipments or shipping damage should be claimed directly with the freight carrier.
Backorders:
If an item is unavailable, OnlyGarden will cancel it automatically. To be notified when it’s back in stock, please contact us to enroll in the In-stock Notification Service. Any backorders pending longer than 90 days will be automatically canceled.
